Our minimum order is net
$100.00. You must purchase two of a
title. You must give a federal ID # or
a resale # for your order to get pulled and these # must be related to
books. In other words you sell on the
internet or own a bookstore or mail order books, etc.
#1) Titles marked with (M) indicate
the book has a Mark on the edge. Titles marked with (SD) indicate the book is
Slightly Damaged. Titles marked with (H) indicate that the book is a Hurt.
The vast majority of our titles have neither of these marks and are in mint
condition.
#2) All amounts you see marked
"Sugg" or "Sugg Retail" are what you pay minus a 50%
discount. For example, if a book has a suggested price of $1.98, you pay
$0.99 for it. We have two methods of payment that you can choose from when
you fill out the order form. They are 'Visa'or
'MasterCard'.
#3) Orders are filled on a first
come, first serve basis. The quantity of each title will be listed, but that
doesn't necessarily mean that that's the amount that we have in stock at that
moment. For example.... If you see that we have a quantity of 200 of a
particular title and you order all 200, but someone else placed an offline
order for 100 of the same title before you finalize your order, then that
person will get 100 and you will get the remaining 100. This web site is not
our only resource for selling. We take email, fax and phone orders which also
affects our inventory. We do keep a live inventory on this web site in which
after an order is finalized, the available quantities are adjusted, but this
still does compensate for any offline orders that we receive. I try to
keep the offline orders synchronized with the web orders as best I can and
manually adjust quantities on the web site when needed.
#4) After you finalize your order,
you will receive a confirmation email. This is an email automatically
generated by our online store. We do ALL credit card transactions manually
through our merchant. In other words, when you place your order online with
us, your credit card is NOT billed at that time. We first pull your order to
be certain that we have all that you've ordered in stock and that it's in the
condition you expect. Once we have your order filled and have calculated the
shipping charges (if you do not use your own shipping method), we'll then run
your credit card through our merchant services. We feel this is the best way
to handle credit card billing because we are then absolutely certain you are
getting billed properly.
#5) Shipping charges are calculated
at our warehouse after we pull and weigh the order. The confirmation email
you receive will not reflect any shipping that might apply. However, it will
reflect on the final invoice that we send with your order. We use Fed-ex
ground to ship orders, but you of course have the option of using your own
shipping when you fill out the order form. If you use your own form of
shipping, LTL or TL, you are responsible for all claims and damages.

& Ground/Collect (if the Fed- ex

of shipping is chosen). Orders are usually shipped within five to seven
business days
